White Denim- Some Wild Going Outward

Jam: Some Wild Going Outward
Good to jam for: Spring Break

Allow me the pleasure of introducing to you the four-piece, Austin-bred collaborators: James Petralli, Joshua Block, Steven Terebecki, and Austin Jenkins, who make up the sweet band White Denim. White Denim's album out in 2010 titled "Last Day of Summer" will pair perfectly with the recent breakout of Spring weather and bring you that needed album for your Spring Break adventures. Whether you will be chillaxin' by a pool, on a sandy beach, or racking up those miles on your car to some far-off destination, this one is sure to provide you with pleasure. What's better? The whole album was given to the public for free when released on the last day of summer in 2010. So I hope you brought your cords with you to give your Ipod that last minute update before you miss out on this major steal before you jet away from the books. While you may describe their sound as having psychedelic pop or indie-infused influence, there really is no way to appropriately describe their style because their music will have your mind flopping back and forth before you know  which direction it's about to turn. For some reason, when listening I am often reminded of a little Local Native's vibe. Anyone else hear that? In any case, no complaints here. The more Local Natives-sounding jams in my life the merrier. Wishing everyone a jammable Spring Break. :)
