Good to jam when: Flowin'
Who is Johnny Polygon? An upcoming, soon-to-be-huge, rapper that leaves you with a slice of his confidence when you learn to rap along with his fresh, mad flow. If you're a Cudi fan, then take it from the Kid who says he's "one of the illest artists people NEED to know about." On his Rebel Without Applause album, you can find a remix of a track with Cudi featured on it titled, "Riot Song (Remix)." One of my favorites, though, is his track called "Get There." It's a good lyrical representation of how he's come to the music industry and how he's not planning on leaving anytime soon. This is especially obvious when he states, "I don't wanna be a gangsta MC. Catch a little buzz and just flicker out eventually." So, if you haven't heard of him by now, it's about time, but don't feel left out... he titled his new album Catch Up for all of you out there to finally do your homework and join in.
